We would suggest getting a swimming pool if it is something you and your family plan on enjoying, there are plenty of ways to increase the value of your home that are less expensive than this route!

How large of a swimming pool do I need?

This is entirely dependent on what you're wanting to get out of your swimming pool! If you're wanting a pool that you can swim laps in, it'll probably be a larger pool than if you didn't! Does your backyard have adequate space to install the type of swimming pool that you would want? There are so many variables when it comes to deciding on the perfect size for you and your family! When you purchase and build a concrete pool, you can believe that it will be the last swimming pool you purchase at that residence! Concrete swimming pools typically have a lifespan of more than 50 years as long as you're properly maintaining it.

How long does it take to build or install an in-ground pool?

This is one of the most frequent questions we get asked! It is entirely dependent on a variety of factors! It depends on what time of year it is, the weather permitting, the type of swimming pool you're installing, and the size of the pool! We would love to be able to give you a definite timeline for your next project, but unfortunately, it isn't that easy! You would be safe to assume that when we break ground on your next project it will take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks to complete.

What is the difference between a gunite pool and a concrete pool?

Most people believe that gunite and concrete are one and the same, but they are actually different! Gunite and concrete are in the same family, but there are differences! Gunite is a dry mixed form of sprayed concrete and typically contains fine or small particles in their mix. Whereas concrete contains both large and small particles. Both are great options, but we often suggest gunite over concrete! Gunite allows the consumer to create different shapes and make their swimming pool more customizable.
